Electronic Forms

Unlimited forms can be created and uploaded to the system. This allows for bespoke template documents to be generated for usage by site staff or subcontractors. All company letterhead and documents can be customised such as Quotes, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Job Completion Reports.

Photo Upload

On each Job site staff or subcontractors can upload photos related to works. This can be a before and after photo to prove completed works, or compliance related evidence, as well as photos of snags or damage to be undertaken through Work In Progress.

Insurance Form Upload

Any supplier or property related insurance forms can be uploaded and recorded. Suppliers can be set up on the system and only approved for works once all required insurance and other compliance documents have been provided. Access can be given to external insurance agents to review and approve level of insurance cover.

Electronic Signatures

The mobile app and web access interface allows for capturing of electronic signatures. Upon completion of a call out a client representative can sign off on completed works. This is also available for delivery dockets and other template documents where applicable.
